Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery or refusal, reshipping fees may apply.
